The Trump-Mulvaney budget is not real. It is a pre-text, and does not come to grips with the challenges confronting America. It is an ideological document, not a document that will ever be utilized.
The House began the week on a bipartisan basis, with a majority of Democrats and Republicans coming together to support a bill to fund the government for the remainder of the fiscal year.
