Republicans control all the levers of our government: the House, the Senate, and the presidency. 
All of you know Republicans control all the levers of government. They control the House, the control the Senate, they control the White House and, as Dick Durbin pointed out this morning, they control the Supreme Court.
[Republicans] have been kicking the can down the road too often. In September, all 183 Democrats that voted, voted to extend for 90 days the government funding so that we could negotiate and reach agreements.
I am proud to co-sponsor this resolution of censure introduced today and thank Rep. Richmond and Rep. Nadler for their leadership.

The Trump Administration’s immigration report, which paints a misleading picture of a nation under assault from foreigners seeking to bring terrorism, domestic violence, and economic drain to our country, has one goal: to distract from its failure to address the present DACA crisis.
After years of bringing down the number of uninsured Americans to historic lows under the Obama Administration, it is jarring to see that figure jump by over 3 million people in 2017.
