Following “One Minutes,” the House will debate the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2513 – Corporate Transparency Act of 2019.  After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes. 

Following votes, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 2513.  After general debate of H.R. 2513, the House will debate the five amendments to H.R. 2513.

Members are advised that due to the Memorial Service and Chairman Elijah E. Cummings lying in state in National Statuary Hall, no votes are expected in the House on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
