Huizenga Amendment – Exempts the vast majority of public companies from the bill’s disclosure, which would then only apply to smaller reporting companies, foreign private issuers, and registered investment companies for which conflict minerals are not necessary for their manufactured products – 15 minutes
  2. Hill (AR) Amendment – Negates the bill by allowing companies to opt out of the disclosures if they believe that the information is not material information for investors – 2 minutes
  3. Final Passage of H.R. 3624 – Outsourcing Accountability Act of 2019 (Rep. Axne – Financial Services) – VOTE YES – 5 minutes
