Today, the House meets at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.  There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.

Following “One Minutes,” the House will debate the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 4617 – SHIELD Act.

After debate on the Rule, the House will debate H.R. 777 – Debbie Smith Reauthorization Act of 2019, as amended – under suspension of the Rules.  Following suspension debate, the House will take votes.
