Following “One Minutes,” the House will debate the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 4617 – SHIELD Act.
After debate on the Rule, the House will debate H.R. 777 – Debbie Smith Reauthorization Act of 2019, as amended – under suspension of the Rules. Following suspension debate, the House will take votes.
After votes, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 4617. Following general debate of H.R. 4617, the House will debate the fourteen amendments to H.R. 4617.
After amendment debate, the House will take votes. These will be the last votes of the day.
