"Tonight, President Obama spoke on the BP oil spill that is devastating the Gulf Coast region.
The legislation the House is considering today enables the Coast Guard to draw advances from the Oil Spill Liability trust fund to continue the Federal response to the Gulf oil spill.
I applaud the UN Security Council’s vote to impose its toughest sanctions yet on Iran.
