H.R. 55, which passed the House last night with a strong bipartisan vote of 422-3, would designate lynching as a hate crime under federal law. Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 3967 – Honoring our PACT Act of 2021.

After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.  These are the last votes for the day.
