If President Trump indeed asked the Director of National Intelligence and the Director of the National Security Agency to deny collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, it would be a flagrant and astonishing abuse of power.

The $110 billion arms transfer to Saudi Arabia announced by the White House - possibly as much as $350 billion overall - raises questions that need to be answered.

I was honored to meet today with Ambassador Gutiérrez of Mexico to discuss issues important to the U.S.-Mexico relationship and the millions of Mexican-Americans living in our country. 

If reports are true that President Trump asked then-Director Comey to end the FBI’s investigation of former National Security Advisor Flynn, it makes the need for an independent investigation all the more important.
