Today, the House meets at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.  There will be up to five “One Minutes” per side.

Following “One Minutes,” the House will complete debate on the remaining amendments to H.R. 4863 – United States Export Finance Agency Act of 2019, beginning with Meng Amendment #10.

After amendment debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the week.

This bill enjoys the support of the United States Chamber of Commerce, wide support among the business community throughout America, support of the labor movement, the AFL-CIO, and labor unions all over America, and the support of millions of workers who are producing products here in America.

Mr. Speaker, when people here say, ‘show me the whistleblower,’ what they are doing is not only trying to intimidate that whistleblower, they're trying to intimidate every other whistleblower who might deign to come forward because they saw something or heard something.
