At approximately 2:15 p.m., the House will reconvene and debate a bill listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.
After suspension debate, the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule Providing for Consideration of H.R. 1333 – NO BAN Act, H.R. 1573 – Access to Counsel Act of 2021, and H.R. 51 – Washington, D.C. Admission Act.

In the first 100 days of the 117th Congress, Democrats enacted the American Rescue Plan, comprehensive legislation to provide immediate assistance to American families and small businesses struggling because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
