WASHINGTON, DC – House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (MD) spoke on the House Floor this morning in support of H.R. 3807, the Relief for Restaurants and other Hard-Hit Small Businesses Act, which would replenish the Restaurant Revitalization Fund and establish a ‘Hard-Hit Industries Award Program’ to keep employees on the payroll at businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
