- Manual Roll Call Vote on the election of the Speaker –
FLOOR UPDATE:
The House will meet at 12:00 p.m. to convene the 116th Congress. After the Pledge of Allegiance, it is expected that there will be a Quorum Call, followed by the election of the Speaker and the swearing-in of Members.
**Members are advised that following the Quorum Call they must remain on the Floor until approximately 3:00 p.m.
