Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., His Excellency Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, will address a Joint Meeting of Congress.  Permanent Congressional Staff who are appropriately attired and displaying a Congressional ID will be permitted to attend the speech as space allows.
