Today, the House meets at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. 

Following “One Minutes,” the House is expected to recess.
 
At approximately 3:00 p.m., the House will reconvene and debate the thirteen bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.  Any recorded votes requested will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.

  1. Perlmutter Amendment – Increases funding by $5 million for NOAA’s weather forecasting, modeling, and cloud computing programs, including the Earth Prediction Innovation Center – 15 minutes
  2. Sablan Amendment – Increases funding for wastewater treatment plants impacted by Typhoon Yutu by $8.8 million for repair and resiliency – 2 minutes

On Tuesday, the House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for Morning Hour debate and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business, with votes postponed until 6:30 p.m.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for Morning Hour debate and 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.

The House has completed one hour of general debate on H.R. 2157 – Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2019. 

The House has now begun debate on the ten amendments to H.R. 2157. 

Following amendment debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the week.
