Republicans have raised a point of order against the Rule providing for Concurring in the Senate Amendment with a House Amendment to H.R. 3401 – Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019. 

The House has resumed debate on the Rule providing for consideration of Concurring in the Senate Amendment with an Amendment to H.R. 3401 – Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019. 

After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.

The House is now taking the following vote:

Today, the House meets at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.  There will be up to five “One Minutes” per side.

Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 2722 – Securing America’s Federal Elections Act.  

Members are advised that the House is expected to consider legislation related to the Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act today.  

Members are advised that no additional votes will occur in the House tonight.

Members are further advised that on Thursday, June 27^th, additional legislative items may be considered in the House, including legislation related to the Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act.  Votes may occur later than previously expected tomorrow.
