**Members are advised that the Majority Leader has announced the following changes to the House legislative schedule. 

During the week of February 24, 2020, first votes of the week will occur on Wednesday, February 26th at approximately 1:00 p.m., with last votes of the week on Friday, February 28th, no later than 3:00 p.m.

  1. Shalala Amendment – Increases Department of Education funding by $1 million to conduct a study on the impacts on students from Puerto Rico who have had to disrupt or change their educational path due to a natural disaster – 15 minutes

"On Monday, the House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for Morning Hour debate and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business, with votes postponed until 6:30 p.m.  

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for Morning Hour debate and 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.
