MONDAY, JANUARY 28, 2008

The House will meet at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business and votes will be postponed until 5:00 p.m.  The House Floor will be cleared at approximately 5:30 p.m. to allow a security sweep of the House Chamber prior to the President’s State of the Union Address.  The House will meet again at 8:35 p.m. in joint session with the Senate for the purpose of receiving a State of the Union Address from the President of the United States.

On Tuesday, The House will meet at 10:30 a.m. for Morning Hour and at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business.  On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the House is not in session.
