At approximately 3:30 - 3:45 p.m., the House will take the following votes:

1. Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule (H.Res. 509) – VOTE YES – 15 minutes
2. H.Res. 509 – Rule providing for consideration of both H.R. 397 – Rehabilitation for Multiemployer Pensions Act and H.R. 3239 – Humanitarian Standards for Individuals in Customs and Border Protection Custody Act – VOTE YES – 5 minutes
3. H.R. 3375 – Stopping Bad Robocalls Act, as amended (Rep. Pallone – Energy and Commerce) Suspension bill – 5 minutes

**Members are advised that the House will observe a moment of silence during the first vote series in memory of the 1998 Capitol shooting that resulted in the deaths of Officer Jacob Chestnut and Special Agent John Gibson.

After votes, the House will debate H.R. 3299 – PRIDE Act of 2019 – under suspension of the Rules. 

Following suspension debate, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 397 – Rehabilitation for Multiemployer Pensions Act.  After general debate, the House will debate the one amendment to H.R. 397.

After debate on the amendment to H.R. 397, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 3239 – Humanitarian Standards for Individuals in Customs and Border Protection Custody Act.  Following general debate, the House will debate the two amendments to H.R. 3239. 

After debate on the amendments to H.R. 3239, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.

Following last votes, the House will debate the remaining bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.  Any recorded votes requested will be postponed.
