On Thursday, the House will meet at 9:30 a.m. for Morning Hour debate and 11:30 a.m. for legislative business. At approximately 2:30 p.m. the House will recess. At approximately 4:00 p.m., the House will reconvene in a Joint Meeting with the Senate for the purpose of receiving an address from The Honorable Lee Myung-bak, President of South Korea.
