| TOMORROW’S OUTLOOK On Thursday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for Morning Hour debate and 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. First/Last votes expected: 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. “One Minutes” (15 per side) **Members are advised that the House is expected to consider the Rule for H.R. 4061 – Financial Stability Oversight Council Improvement Act of 2017 and H.R. 4293 – Stress Test Improvement Act of 2017 tomorrow. Debate and votes on the bills will occur next week. Complete Consideration of H.R. 4545 – Financial Institutions Examination Fairness and Reform Act (Rep. Tipton – Financial Services) The Rule, which was adopted today, provides for one hour of general debate and makes in order the following amendment: Waters Amendment (10 minutes of debate) Complete Consideration of H.R. 4263 – Regulation A+ Improvement Act of 2017 (Rep. MacArthur – Financial Services) The Rule, which was adopted today, provides for one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Financial Services. |
