H.R. 3823 – Disaster Tax Relief and Airport and Airway Extension Act of 2017 (Rep. Brady (TX) – Ways and Means) (Subject to a Rule)

The Rule provides for forty minutes of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Members of the Committee on Ways and Means and for twenty minutes of debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Members of the Committee on Financial Services. **Members are advised that the House is only expected to debate H.R. 3823 tomorrow.  The vote on passage will occur on Thursday.
