**Members are advised that the House is expected to begin consideration of amendments toH.R. 5325 – Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2013as early as 9:00 a.m. tomorrow and that if they have amendments to the bill, they need to be prepared to offer at the appropriate place in the bill. 

On Friday, the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business.
