Wanted to be sure you’ve seen new polling from Navigator that shows a majority of Americans oppose Republicans’ embrace of extreme social policies that are out of step with the American people (their assault on reproductive rights and Roe v. Wade being the latest example).
That’s not all. As Republican statehouses across the country pass restrictive abortion bans that assail women’s rights, access to the full range of reproductive health care, and every American’s right to privacy, half of Americans, including 21% of Republicans, agree that the Republican Party is focused on extreme legislation than real policy change. Contrast that with the fact that House Democrats are working to defend democracy at home and abroad, protect women’s rights, and lower costs for working families while Republicans embrace out-of-touch, extreme policies out of step with the American people.
