We’re going to take a minute this morning to clear something up for Speaker Ryan who said “nobody knows” if the #GOPTaxScam will pay for itself.

Literally every outside and inside analysis says they won’t. Congressional JCT, Tax Policy Center, Trump’s Treasury, conservative Tax Foundation, Penn Wharton, and the American people... all of them know that it won’t. Not even close.
