WASHINGTON, DC - House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (MD) released the following statement today on the decision by Chrysler not to challenge the binding arbitration process for terminated dealers:
“I am pleased to hear that Chrysler has decided that it will not challenge the binding arbitration process for terminated dealers. By reaching this conclusion, Chrysler is affirming its commitment to a strong dealer network that keeps Americans on the job and gives its products the best chance at success so the company can return to profitability. I want to thank Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne for working with us on this issue.”
