It seems tension and frustration among House Republicans is at an all-time high. Today’s GOP Quote of the Day comes from Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR) on Republicans’ inability to govern. With headlines like Intraparty Disputes Stall Republicans’ Legislative Agenda from the Wall Street Journal and It’s almost July, and House Republicans still can’t pass a budget from the Washington Post, it’s no wonder he feels as if he’s in the minority:

 “It’s almost like we’re serving in the minority right now. We just simply don’t know how to govern… How we’ve been given this opportunity to govern and we are finding every reason in the world not to is absolutely incredible to me.”
