- Republican En Bloc #3 Offered by Ms. Lofgren– 15 minutes
- Jayapal/Bowman Amendment #22 – Directs the State Department, in coordination with Department of Energy and in consultation with appropriate agencies, to report on the impact of US sanctions on innovation, emissions reduction, climate cooperation, and economic justice – 15 minutes
- Castro Amendment – Adding an industry to the list of "creation and expansions" of apprenticeships to include "media and entertainment" – 15 minutes
- Crenshaw Amendment #56 – Requires that the Department of State to provide an annual briefing to Congress on China’s progress and efforts to meet emission goals and commitments – 15 minutes
