At approximately 1:40 – 1:45 p.m., the House will take the following votes on H.R. 903 – Rights for the TSA Workforce Act of 2022:

2. Cammack Amendment – Clarifies that nothing in the bill should be construed to limit the TSA Administrator’s authority to immediately impose or modify security screening procedures or requirements to address a national security or public safety threat, without regard to collective bargaining – 5 minutes
3. (IF REQUESTED) Guest Amendment – Requires that if sufficient funds are not specifically appropriated to carry out this Act, by the end of fiscal year 2022, all requirements of the Act shall sunset – 5 minutes
4. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 903 – VOTE NO – 5 minutes
