  1. Clay Amendment – Clarifies Federal law for reporting certain positive consumer credit information to credit reporting agencies and seeks to expand access to credit through use of alternative data – 15 minutes
  2. Brown Amendment – Reaffirms Congressional efforts to enhance cybersecurity and implement routine security updates of databases maintained by nationwide consumer reporting agencies that contain sensitive and critical consumer data as critical to the national interest of the United States. Additionally, it clarifies consumer reporting agencies are subject to cybersecurity oversight by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, including having to meet minimum training and ongoing certification requirements, and the amendment includes a budgetary offset – 2 minutes
