LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE

The House is now taking the following votes:
  1. Gottheimer Amendment – Authorizes $10M for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to conduct a study on technologies and methods that law enforcement may use to determine whether a driver is impaired by marijuana – 15 minutes
  2. Lamb Amendment – Requires studies on the impact of legalization by: a) the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) to study the workplace legalization and develop best practices and b) the Department of Education to study the impact on schools and school-aged children and develop best practices for educators and administrators – 5 minutes
  3. Raskin Amendment – Requires federal agencies to review and reassess decisions to deny or rescind security clearances on the basis of cannabis or marijuana use. Individuals subject to previous denials would have option to decline such agency reviews – 5 minutes
  4. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 3617VOTE NO5 minutes
  5. Final Passage of H.R. 3617 – MORE Act (Rep. Nadler – Judiciary) – VOTE YES5 minutes
