The House is now taking the following vote on a bill considered under suspension of the Rules:
  1. H.Res. 956 – Supporting the people of Ukraine (Rep. Meeks – Foreign Affairs) – 15 minutes

    After this vote, the House will take the following votes on H.R. 3967 – Honoring our PACT Act of 2021:

Bipartisan En Bloc #1 offered by Mr. Takano (Bush Amendment #1, Bush Amendment #2, Bush Amendment #3, Bush Amendment #4, Cartwright Amendment, Gibbs Amendment, Golden Amendment, Gottheimer Amendment #10, Gottheimer Amendment #11, Hartzler Amendment, Jackson-Lee Amendment, Levin (MI) Amendment, Levin (CA) Amendment, Newman Amendment, Pappas Amendment, Plaskett Amendment, Porter Amendment, Ruiz/Bilirakis Amendment, Scanlon Amendment, Slotkin Amendment, Spanberger Amendment, Torres (CA) Amendment #27, Torres (CA) Amendment #28) – 15 minutes
  3. Miller-Meeks/Bost Amendment – This substitute amendment replaces the text of the bill with the Health Care for Burn Pit Veterans Act, which expands healthcare eligibility for certain combat veterans exposed to toxic substances to last for ten years after separation instead of five years.  This fractional response will only cover 16,000 veterans vs. the more comprehensive 3.5 million. It expands existing eligibility authority from five years to ten. It does nothing to address toxic exposure or help ease the burden on veterans seeking the care and benefits they already have earned – 15 minutes
  4. Brownley/Miller-Meeks Amendment – Ensures toxic exposed veterans have access to mammography screenings – 15 minutes
