The House is now taking the following votes on H.R. 4502 – Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Agriculture, Rural Development, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2022:

- Democratic En Bloc #2 Offered by Ms. DeLauro – 20 minutes
- Republican En Bloc #4 Offered by Ms. DeLauro – 20 minutes
- Lesko Amendment #29 – Strikes a general provision that prohibits the Department of Education from withholding federal funding from institutions of higher education for conducting research on marijuana – 20 minutes
- Ocasio-Cortez Amendment #36 – Strikes a general provision that limits research on the potential therapeutic impacts of several schedule I drugs, such as MDMA, psilocybin, or ibogaine, that have demonstrated potential to be effective in treating critical diseases – 20 minutes
