LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE

The House is now taking the following votes:
  1. H.Res. 848 – Rule providing for consideration of H.Res. __ – Resolution Recommending that the House of Representatives Find Mark Randall Meadows in Contempt of Congress for Refusal to Comply with a Subpoena Duly Issued by the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol – VOTE YES15 minutes
  2. Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule (H.Res. 849) – VOTE YES – 15 minutes
  3. H.Res. 849 – Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 5665 – Combating International Islamophobia Act – VOTE YES15 minutes
After these votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.Res. __ – Resolution Recommending that the House of Representatives Find Mark Randall Meadows in Contempt of Congress for Refusal to Comply with a Subpoena Duly Issued by the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.

Following debate on the Resolution, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 5665.

After debate on H.R. 5665, the House will take votes.

Next votes predicted: at approximately 6:45 – 7:15 p.m., on adoption of H.Res. __, and motion to recommit and passage of H.R. 5665.

**Members are advised that there will be a Moment of Silence during this vote series to commemorate the lives of the 800,000 Americans lost to COVID-19.

**Members are also advised that multiple vote series and late votes are expected today.  Additional legislative items are possible.

**Members are further advised that the House is expected to consider legislation related to the debt limit today.  Pending timing of Senate action on the legislation, it is possible that the House may need to meet tomorrow.
