  2. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 549 – VOTE NO – 5 minutes
  3. Passage of H.R. 549 – Venezuela TPS Act of 2019, as amended (Rep. Soto – Judiciary) – VOTE YES – 5 minutes
