LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE

At approximately 10:35 – 10:40 a.m., the House will take the following votes on H.R. 1195, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Adams to Rep. Crow):
  1. Keller Amendment – Substitute Amendment Which Requires OSHA To Issue An Occupational Safety And Health Standard On Workplace Violence Prevention For The Health Care And Social Service Industries, But Does Not Set Any Deadline For Issuing A Standard; Does Not Require An Interim Final Standard; Does Not Strengthen Anti-Retaliation Protections For Workers Who Report Workplace Violence Incidents; And Does Not Require Employer Reporting Of Information On Workplace Violence Incidents To OSHA – 30 minutes

    After this vote, the House will take the following vote on H.R. 1195, by groups:
     
  2. Final Passage of H.R. 1195 – Workplace Violence Prevention for Health Care and Social Service Workers Act (Rep. Courtney – Education and Labor) – VOTE YES 30 minutes

    Following these votes, the House will take the following vote on a bill considered under suspension of the Rules, by groups:
     
  3. H.R. 1482 – 504 Credit Risk Management Improvement Act of 2021 (Rep. Bishop (NC) – Small Business) – 30 minutes
