  1. Beyer Amendment – Directs EEOC not to collect compensation data under Section 8 of this Act from employers with fewer than 100 employees – 15 minutes
  2. (IF REQUESTED) Brown Amendment – Makes it unlawful to discriminate against an employee for inquiring or discussing with the employer why the wages of the employee are set at a certain rate or salary – 2 minutes
