- Democratic En Bloc #1 Offered by Ms. Lofgren (Scanlon Amendment, Adams Amendment #2, Adams Amendment #3, Adams Amendment #4, Adams Amendment #5, Auchincloss Amendment #7, Auchincloss Amendment #8, Bourdeaux Amendment #9, Boyle Amendment, Brown Amendment, Bush Amendment #15, Case Amendment, Castor Amendment, DeSaulnier Amendment, Escobar Amendment) –45 minutes
Following this vote, the House will take the following vote, by groups:
- Bush Amendment #14 – Clarifies that felony convictions do not bar any eligible individual from voting in federal elections, including individuals who are currently incarcerated – 45 minutes
After votes, the House will continue consideration of amendments to H.R. 1.
Following debate on some amendments, the House will take votes on amendments to H.R. 1, by groups. These are the last votes of the day.
