FLOOR UPDATE – 2 VOTES

The House is now in recess subject to the call of the Chair.  At approximately 6:30 p.m., the House will reconvene and take the following votes on bills considered under suspension of the Rules, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):

1. H.R. 4894 – Congressional Budget Justification Transparency Act of 2020, as amended (Rep. Quigley – Oversight and Reform) – Minimum of 5 Minutes
   
   Following this vote, the House will recess briefly for a cleaning of the House Floor. After the cleaning, the House will take the following vote, by groups: 
    
2. S. 2193 – CHARGE Act (Sen. Peters – Oversight and Reform) – Minimum of 5 Minutes

**For the health of all Members and staff and to limit the number of people on the House Floor, Members are asked to come to the Floor only during their voting group's window and are encouraged to exit the House Floor immediately after voting.  As occupancy on the House Floor will be limited to facilitate social distancing, Members are advised that the House Gallery will be open and available to use during the vote series.
