2. H.Res. 491 – Combined Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 3494 – Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, H.Res. 489 – Condemning President Trump’s racist comments directed at Members of Congress, and the Resolution to Hold Attorney General Barr and Secretary of Commerce Ross in Contempt – VOTE YES – 5 minutes

Following votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.Res. 489 – Condemning President Trump’s racist comments directed at Members of Congress.  

After debate on H.Res. 489, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 3494 – Damon Paul Nelson and Matthew Young Pollard Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020. 

Following general debate, the House will begin consideration of the 31 amendments to H.R. 3494.  After amendment debate, the House will take votes.  These will be the last votes of the day.
