1. Motion on Ordering the Previous Question (H.Res. 1289) – VOTE YES – 15 minutes
2. H.Res. 1289 – Rule providing for consideration of the Senate Amendment to the House Amendment to the Senate Amendment to H.R. 4346 – VOTE YES – 5 minutes

Following votes, the House will begin consideration of the Senate Amendment to the House Amendment to the Senate Amendment to H.R. 4346.

**Members are advised that today the House is expected to consider H.R. 263 – Big Cat Public Safety Act and the bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules, and an additional vote series is expected.

**Members are further advised that consideration of H.R. 5118 – Wildfire Response and Drought Resiliency Act is possible today.
