LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE
The House is now in recess subject to the call of the Chair.
At approximately 6:30 p.m., the House will reconvene and take the following votes on bills considered under suspension of the Rules:
**Members are also advised that there will be a Moment of Silence during this vote series to honor the victims of the recent mass shooting in Sacramento, California.
**Members are further advised that the remaining recorded votes pending on bills considered under suspension of the Rules will be postponed.

- H.R. 5657 – Medical Marijuana Research Act, as amended (Rep. Blumenauer – Energy and Commerce) – 15 minutes
- H.R. 1916 – Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act, as amended (Rep. Eshoo – Energy and Commerce) – 5 minutes
These are the last votes for the day
**Members are advised that each vote taken by the House today, subsequent to the first 15-minute vote, will be open for a total of 5 minutes.
