LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE

The House is now taking the following votes on bills considered under suspension of the Rules:

1. H.R. 1621 – Prohibiting Punishment of Acquitted Conduct Act of 2021, as amended (Rep. Cohen – Judiciary) – 15 minutes
2. S. 3294 – To obtain and direct the placement in the Capitol or on the Capitol Grounds of a statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Sandra Day O'Connor and a statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Ruth Bader Ginsburg (Sen. Klobuchar – House Administration) – 15 minutes

**Members are advised that there will be a Moment of Silence during this vote series to recognize the late Dean of the House, Rep. Don Young (R-AK).  Following the vote series, the House will also Adjourn in Honor of Rep. Young.

**Members are further advised that the remaining recorded votes pending on bills considered under suspension of the Rules will be postponed.
