- H.R. 1621 – Prohibiting Punishment of Acquitted Conduct Act of 2021, as amended (Rep. Cohen – Judiciary) – 15 minutes
- S. 3294 – To obtain and direct the placement in the Capitol or on the Capitol Grounds of a statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Sandra Day O'Connor and a statue to honor Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States Ruth Bader Ginsburg (Sen. Klobuchar – House Administration) – 15 minutes
