The House is now in recess subject to the call of the Chair.  At approximately 6:30 p.m., the House will reconvene and take the following votes, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Adams to Rep. Cloud):

1. Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule (H.Res. 188) – VOTE YES – 45 minutes
   
   Following this vote, the House will take the following vote, by groups:
    
2. H.Res. 188 – Rule Providing for Consideration of H.R. 842 – Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021 (Rep. Scott (VA) – Education and Labor), H.R. 8 – Bipartisan Background Checks Act of 2021 (Rep. Thompson (CA) – Judiciary), and H.R. 1446 – Enhanced Background Checks Act of 2021 (Rep. Clyburn – Judiciary) – VOTE YES – 45 minutes

**Members are advised that each vote taken by the House will be open for a total of 45 minutes and will close immediately thereafter.  Members, especially Members casting proxy votes on behalf of other Members, are expected to adhere to voting groups and vote in a timely manner, while maintaining social distancing and adhering to the health and safety recommendations of the House Attending Physician and Sergeant at Arms.
