  1. Jordan Amendment – Strikes from the bill a safe harbor for collectively bargained agreements – 15 minutes
  2. (IF REQUESTED) Fletcher Amendment – Clarifies that nothing in this Act shall be construed to prohibit the use of arbitration on a voluntary basis when consent is given after the dispute arises – 2 minutes
  3. Final Passage of H.R. 1423– FAIR Act (Rep. Johnson (GA) – Judiciary) – VOTE YES – 5 minutes
