FLOOR UPDATE – 2 – 3 VOTES – LAST VOTES

At approximately 2:50 - 2:55 p.m., the House will take the following votes on H.R. 2639, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):

1. Allen (GA) Amendment – Strikes the integration grant program authorized by the bill and makes activities authorized allowable under Title IV-A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, the only source of federal funding for student health and safety, including mental health support – Minimum of 5 Minutes
   
   Following this vote, the House will recess briefly for a cleaning of the House Floor. After the cleaning, the House will take the following votes, by groups: 
    
2. (IF REQUESTED) Moulton Amendment #9 – Expands the allowable uses of implementation grants to include creating or improving a onestop enrollment process for students with multiple public school options, including making school information and data more accessible and easier to understand – Minimum of 5 Minutes
3. Final Passage of H.R. 2639 – Strength in Diversity Act of 2020 (Rep. Fudge – Education and Labor) – VOTE YES – Minimum of 5 Minutes
