  8. Huffman Amendment – States that none of the funds in this act can be used for the Army Corps of Engineers to finalize the environmental impact statement for the proposed Pebble Mine project – 2 minutes
  9. Graves (LA) Amendment – Strikes Section 106 of Division E, which states that none of the funds made available by this Act may be used to reorganize or to transfer the Civil Works functions or authority of the Corps of Engineers or the Secretary of the Army to another department or agency – 2 minutes
  10. Banks Amendment – Reduces spending for each amount in Division E, except those amounts made available to the Department of Defense, by 14 percent – 2 minutes
