The House is now taking the following vote on H.R. 7617 – Defense, Commerce, Justice, Science, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2021 on Division F (LHHS), beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):
  1. Allen (GA) Amendment – Reduces funds made available in Division F (LHHS) by 5 percent – Minimum of 5 Minutes

    Following this vote, the House begin up to 10 minutes of debate on the Republican motion to recommit.  After debate, the House will take the following votes, by groups:
     
  2. Republican Motion to Recommit on H.R. 7617 – VOTE NO – Minimum of 5 Minutes
  3. Final Passage of H.R. 7617 – Defense, Commerce, Justice, Science, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2021 (Rep. Lowey – Appropriations) – VOTE YES – Minimum of 5 Minutes
