The House has reconvened and is now taking the following vote on H.R. 7617 – Defense, Commerce, Justice, Science, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2021 on Division A (Defense), beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):
**For the health of all Members and staff and to limit the number of people on the House Floor, Members are asked to come to the Floor only during their voting group's window and are encouraged to exit the House Floor immediately after voting. As occupancy on the House Floor will be limited to facilitate social distancing, Members are advised that the House Gallery will be open and available to use during the vote series.
- Ocasio-Cortez Amendment – Prohibits the use of funds by the Armed Forces for Twitch.tv and e-sports activities – Minimum of 5 Minutes
Following this vote, the House will take the following votes on Division B (Commerce, Justice, Science), by groups:
- Blumenauer Amendment – Prohibits the Department of Justice from interfering with state and tribal cannabis programs. The term “state” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico – Minimum of 5 Minutes
- Underwood Amendment – Prevents the Department of Justice from using federal funds for litigation that undermines the Affordable Care Act – Minimum of 5 Minutes
