FLOOR UPDATE – 1 VOTE

The House has reconvened and is now taking the following vote on H.R. 7617 – Defense, Commerce, Justice, Science, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2021 on Division A (Defense), beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):

1. Ocasio-Cortez Amendment – Prohibits the use of funds by the Armed Forces for Twitch.tv and e-sports activities – Minimum of 5 Minutes
   
   Following this vote, the House will take the following votes on Division B (Commerce, Justice, Science), by groups:
    
2. Blumenauer Amendment – Prohibits the Department of Justice from interfering with state and tribal cannabis programs. The term “state” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico – Minimum of 5 Minutes
3. Underwood Amendment – Prevents the Department of Justice from using federal funds for litigation that undermines the Affordable Care Act – Minimum of 5 Minutes

The House will take votes on the remainder of H.R. 7617 tomorrow.  These are the last votes of the day.
