The House is now taking the following vote on H.R. 7608 – State, Foreign Operations, Agriculture, Rural Development, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2021, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):
- Allen (GA) Amendment – Reduces spending in Division A (State, Foreign Operations) by 5% – Minimum of 5 Minutes
After this vote, the House will vote on the Democratic En Bloc #2 Offered by Ms. Lowey, by groups.
Following the vote on En Bloc #2, the House will vote on the Republican En Bloc #3 Offered by Ms. Lowey, by groups. These will be the last votes for the day.
After last votes, the House will complete debate on amendments to H.R. 7608. Any recorded votes requested will be postponed until Friday.
**For the health of all Members and staff and to limit the number of people on the House Floor, Members are asked to come to the Floor only during their voting group's window and are encouraged to exit the House Floor immediately after voting.
